Rates
- Low Season: April - September $60/day or $375/week (does not include 11.42% Hawaii State Tax and basic cleaning fee)
- High Season: October - March $100/day or $625/week (does not include 11.42% Hawaii State Tax and basic cleaning fee)
- 5-night minimum stay required to avoid cleaning fee of $100. Christmas/New Year period is 7 nights minimum.
- Term rental $1350/month + deposit, utilities included (water, gas, electric, weekly rubbish pickup, DISH TV, wireless high-speed internet & security), except telephone
- All rates are quoted at double occupancy and are are subject to change without notice. Add $25/night per extra guest. Sorry, no pets.
- 60-day cancellation notice before the date of your arrival required for a 90% refund [10% of the total retained as cancellation fee]
- Payment may be made in a number of ways [your choice]:
- a personal check (drawn from a USA bank)
- a money order (from a USA bank)... or from outside the USA / OVERSEAS an international bank check
- a bank transfer of funds from your account to our account
- Paypal
- travel cheques or cash (for the balance on arrival)

- Unit for rent is completely detached with separate entrance and shares no facilities, features or amenities with upstairs portion of house. Upstairs portion is not available for rent at this time.
