Rates
- Low Season: April - September $60/day or $375/week (does not include 13.42% Hawaii State Tax and basic cleaning fee)
- High Season: October - March $100/day or $625/week (does not include 13.42% Hawaii State Tax and basic cleaning fee)
- 5-night minimum stay required to avoid basic cleaning fee of $100. Christmas/New Year period is 7 nights minimum.
- Term rental $1500/month + deposit, utilities included (water, gas, electric, weekly rubbish pickup, DISH TV, wireless high-speed internet & security), except telephone. (Hawaii State Tax negotiable based on length of term.)
- All rates are quoted at double occupancy and are are subject to change without notice. Add $25/night per extra guest. Sorry, no pets.
- 60-day cancellation notice before the date of your arrival required for a 90% refund [10% of the total retained as cancellation fee]
- Payment may be made in a number of ways [your choice]:
- a personal check (drawn from a USA bank)
- a money order (from a USA bank) or from outside the USA / OVERSEAS an international bank check
- a bank transfer of funds from your account to our account
- Paypal
- travel cheques or cash (for the balance on arrival)

- Unit for rent has separate entrance and shares no facilities, features or amenities with upstairs portion of house. Upstairs portion is not available for rent at this time.
